Cosmo Bully SFM-H Mulcher

The European designed COSMO BULLY SFM-H Series Mulchers have a gearbox rating up to 70hp (max.). The gearbox has been fitted with a built-in freewheel which allows the rotor to slowly spin to a stop in the event that the PTO power is shut off while the PTO input is at speed.

The tower of the SFM-H is hydraulically side shifting (up to 300mm), allowing the operator to shift the mulcher in and out the side. This control is beneficial when mulching along fence lines or under tree branches and vines.

A hydraulic ram and hoses allow the mulcher to be shifted in/out and paused at any point over the operator’s right shoulder

Side shift allows the mulcher to cut under vines/branches and close to fence lines while keeping the tractor a safe distance away

The maximum amount of side shift is 300mmm

Front parking stand(s) to make connecting to the tractor easier

Construction

Multi-fold deck, with laser-cut side walls, is reinforced and braced across the rear to create a rigid box-like frame

Heavy-duty rotor hubs help maintain rotor balance

A Ø 380mm rotor swing diameter creates a large cutting chamber. The extra height allows a large volume of material to enter. Internal debris lugs catch the material and ensure it is finely mulched before being discharged

Rear height-adjustable mulching rakes ensure material below the cutting height lifts into the cutting chamber to be mulched by the hammers
